After months of work, testing, and numerous improvements, the beta version of our app "Challenge Your Brain" is ready!
The goal: train your brain to break free from automatisms by triggering a "Stop Time"— one of the Human Performance Tool that allows you to work with safety and reliability.
But before rolling out the final version, we’re putting it to the test with client trials. The feedback will surely be constructive!
This app will be available in 7 languages.

There was a real shift in awareness: our brain controls everything… including our attitude toward safety!
During the conference, 300 people watched the same video, but didn’t see the same things. It’s the same out in the field: what I see, others don’t necessarily see!
We then worked together to choose, with our staff, a safety practice suited to our line of work. We called it: STOP&GO. This collaborative decision led to 100% buy-in for the safety measure.
In the year following Addheo’s intervention, we observed a 75% reduction in accidents/incidents on our site!
